Kensington Market

Kensington market on a Sunday during the summer.
I am not sure if this event is every month or only during summer but usually on the last Sunday of every month or at least from what I know during the spring/summer seasons they have a neighborhood street fest.
Everyone within the community or people who is interested contributes to the fest by taking part in different activites.
Some retailers have side walk sales, restaurants have small stands set up selling food, little kids are breaking dancing for money,
they have several bands playing on different streets in Kensington and belly dancers.
If you trying to do something different for a change , stop by the next time they have their street festival up and running.
