New York

Over the winter break I spent two weeks in New York. I went with a friend we needed to get away from Toronto. I know Toronto and New York are similar, though I don't see the same places , worn out faces, the transit is more adventurous and I didn't feel as if someone is giving me the stink eye because they are unhappy with how they look or their life which is usually what I experience in my own city.
There's always something about New York that sets my mind at ease and makes my days feel longer, despite how fast the city moves before my eyes.



Don't get me wrong I love where I live, despite all the negative people.
I just needed a casual getaway.
